Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and sales goals
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to enhance their financial experience
  • Handle cash and secure assets responsibly, adhering to Chase's security standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
