Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts
  • Educate clients on JP Morgan Chase products such as checking, savings, credit cards, and loans
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized bankers for investment or mortgage services
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience in the Monterey Bay Salinas location
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JP Morgan Chase's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
