Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Monterey Bay Santa Cruz branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client care
  • Handle cash and sensitive client information responsibly while adhering to anti-money laundering protocols

Required Qualifications
