Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the North Macomb branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Support team efforts in achieving branch sales goals and client satisfaction metrics
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as scheduled
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Sterling Heights, MI location
• Compliance with all banking regulations and security protocols
