Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the North Richland Hills branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Process loan applications and support mortgage or personal lending services as needed
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with federal banking regulations
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JP Morgan Chase's brand standards
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
