Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Naples South branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries using JPMorgan Chase products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services to branch specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and deliver seamless client service
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues in line with JPMorgan Chase service standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
