Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the North Central branch in Cypress, TX
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for mortgages, investments, or small business banking to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and promote JPMorgan Chase's digital banking solutions
• Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving issues to uphold the firm's reputation for client care
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in the Cypress area to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
