Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the North Palm Beach Central branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing JPMorgan Chase's suite of financial products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment services, credit cards, or mortgage products to branch specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing daily reports, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Promote digital banking solutions to encourage clients to use Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client retention targets
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
