  • Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Educate clients on mobile banking apps, online platforms, and fraud prevention measures
  • Handle cash and secure transactions while adhering to security protocols
  • Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by supporting team efforts and community engagement

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Woburn, MA area
