Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Aventura branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring security protocols for cash and sensitive information
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
• Monitor for fraudulent activity and report suspicious transactions in line with JPMorgan Chase policies
• Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in training and branch events
• Handle end-of-day reconciliation and reporting to ensure operational integrity

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check

• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
