Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate financial products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Support branch operations such as balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
