Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies to ensure secure transactions
  • Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and balancing cash drawers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction
  • Support team efforts in achieving branch sales and service goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
  • Utilize banking systems to verify identities and process digital transactions

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
