Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Oakland East Shore branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to JPMorgan Chase checking, savings, and credit products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to branch leadership
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's standards of integrity and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history

• Previous experience in banking or financial services
