Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, or investment services
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering procedures
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports, managing supplies, and assisting with audits
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Handle sensitive client information confidentially and resolve complaints efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
