Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Redwood City branch
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening new accounts and explaining JPMorgan Chase banking products tailored to their needs
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate financial advisors or specialized services within JPMorgan Chase
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues promptly to uphold service standards
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Promote digital banking solutions to encourage seamless client experiences with Chase mobile apps and online platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals in client satisfaction and sales metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality
  • Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic computer systems
