Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers for deeper financial solutions
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with branch operations such as opening and closing procedures
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience
• Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and client satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to build trust
• Promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to community involvement in the Daly City area

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
