  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, loans, or investment services to branch specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports, organizing client files, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver outstanding client satisfaction
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to supervisors as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
