Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries about JP Morgan Chase products such as checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for investment or lending solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal banking regulations
  • Support branch operations, including cash handling and vault management
  • Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client experiences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
  • Resolve client issues promptly to uphold JP Morgan Chase's reputation for trust and reliability

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
