Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Portland West branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase investment, lending, or wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver personalized financial advice
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
