  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions
  • Support branch operations by handling administrative tasks and merchandising
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch functionality
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
  • Resolve client issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
