Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Sacramento East branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or investment options
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive client environment
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in Elk Grove, CA
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and financial products through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
