Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase financial products such as credit cards or loans
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to enhance their experience
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and improve client satisfaction metrics
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high service standards
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in the Oakley, CA area to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Compliance with all banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the San Joaquin - Brentwood, Antioch area
