Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the San Joaquin East branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing JPMorgan Chase's suite of financial products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for wealth management and investment services
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing daily reports, and ensuring a secure environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver the renowned JPMorgan Chase client service standard
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
