  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to specialized teams for wealth management or investment advice
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client satisfaction scores
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for reliability

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening
