Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting for online/mobile services
  • Support branch operations including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for service excellence

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive client information
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
