Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Sierra Mountain Roseville branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for Chase personal banking, credit, and investment products
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Handle customer escalations professionally to resolve issues promptly
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding Chase's standards of integrity and service excellence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
