Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Simi Valley branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
• Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Simi Valley to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills
• Proficiency in using computers and banking software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Simi Valley, CA location
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks
