Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for more complex financial solutions such as loans or investments
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy
  • Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and enhance client satisfaction in the South Central Houston community
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Handle escalated client issues professionally while upholding JPMorgan Chase's standards of integrity and trust
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Satisfactory background check and credit history
