Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer daily
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Support branch operations during peak hours in the South Dallas location

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in banking or financial services
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the South Dallas community
• Experience with teller systems or financial transaction processing
