Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Delray Beach branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized bankers for investment, mortgage, or wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team to promote JPMorgan Chase initiatives and community events in South Palm Beach
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to improve their self-service capabilities
• Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving issues to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Support branch operations by organizing workspaces and preparing for peak hours in a part-time capacity

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
