Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the South Sound Lakewood branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, or investment services to bankers
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and deliver seamless client service
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
• Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in Lakewood, WA

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
