Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for investment, lending, or wealth management services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Support branch operations by stocking supplies, organizing materials, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior staff as appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
