Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial specialists for more complex needs
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
  • Support branch operations by stocking supplies, organizing materials, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their self-service experience
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
  • Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
