Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer issues in compliance with federal regulations
  • Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client interactions with Chase mobile and online platforms
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and financial wellness initiatives offered by JPMorgan Chase
  • Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer at the end of each shift
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking products, policies, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Friendswood, TX location
