  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products
  • Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate financial solutions such as credit cards or investment options
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
  • Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's brand standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
