Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Parker, CO branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, loans, or investment services to specialized teams
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security procedures
  • Support branch goals by participating in community events and promoting JPMorgan Chase's commitment to financial wellness in Southern Colorado
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold our client-first culture
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver seamless service during peak hours

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and credit review
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive client information
