Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for loans, investments, or credit cards to specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
  • Support branch operations by organizing client areas and promoting digital banking tools
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
