Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Rockledge branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer issues in compliance with federal regulations
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client interactions and self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and community engagement initiatives in the Space Coast area
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to security protocols
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawers at the end of shifts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
