Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for investment, lending, or wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Assist with branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
