Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client care standards
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies for secure banking operations
• Assist with branch operations such as balancing cash drawers, ordering supplies, and preparing daily reports
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their financial experience
• Collaborate with branch team members to support a positive and inclusive work environment
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Promote financial wellness through basic advisory conversations tailored to client goals
• Adhere to safety and security protocols in the Saint Petersburg branch location

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
