Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer at end of shift
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JPMorgan Chase's local presence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks
