Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Assist clients with opening new accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions
• Process teller transactions accurately while adhering to JPMorgan Chase security and compliance protocols
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or investment options
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Support digital banking initiatives by educating clients on mobile apps and online services
• Contribute to community outreach efforts in Tucson to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
