Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the Venice area branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase financial products
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver seamless client experiences
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and efficiently
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Support branch operations during peak hours in North Port, FL

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
