Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer them to appropriate Chase financial specialists for loans, investments, or advisory services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies for secure banking operations
  • Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist with branch operations such as opening and closing procedures and merchandising
  • Promote digital banking tools to encourage client adoption of Chase mobile and online platforms
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and service standards
  • Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase products, services, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
