Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using Chase digital tools
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for lending, investment, or wealth management services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions to promote self-service options
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly to uphold Chase's reputation for reliability
  • Participate in training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Satisfactory background check and credit history
