Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for mortgages, investments, or credit products to specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports
  • Promote digital banking solutions to improve client convenience and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JPMorgan Chase's local presence

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
