  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards or investment services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Handle cash and secure branch assets responsibly
  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in the West Central Houston area
  • Support digital banking initiatives by educating clients on mobile apps and online tools

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Satisfactory background check and credit history
