Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the West Hollywood Hills branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts and explaining JPMorgan Chase's suite of personal banking products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, or wealth management services to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and anti-money laundering protocols
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to promote a welcoming and inclusive environment in the Beverly Hills location
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile app to encourage self-service options
• Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales initiatives and community outreach events

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
