Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the Partner Platform, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
  • Lead a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative features and enhancements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for product innovation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and sales teams, to ensure platform scalability and security
  • Drive user adoption and partner engagement through data analysis and feedback loops
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to position the platform as a leader in fintech partnerships
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and accountability within JP Morgan Chase
  • Present product strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership and external partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products in a regulated environment
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, payment systems, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
  • Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps for platform-based solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment at a global financial institution
