Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of new digital payment products, from inception to deployment
  • Analyze payment flows to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

  • Monitor and troubleshoot payment issues in real-time, minimizing disruptions to client services
  • Conduct data analysis on transaction volumes, error rates, and performance metrics to drive improvements
  • Assist in the integration of new payment rails, such as mobile wallets or blockchain-based solutions
  • Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders on payment operations performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payments operations, financial services, or digital payment processing
  • Strong understanding of payment lifecycle processes, including initiation, processing, settlement, and reconciliation
  • Proficiency in analyzing payment data and identifying operational inefficiencies
  • Experience with alternative payment methods such as digital wallets, real-time payments, or cross-border transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
